Unacceptable behaviour fromCustomer service , i bought ITA ticket and our flight is cancelled . We contacted ITA and they couldn’t help us as we bought the ticket with an agency, but they guarantee us that they make the change without any cost. We called then My trip customer service yesterday 07/04/2023 and they told that they cannot do it unless we buy another ticket, because ita don’t allowed them!!!!! We know pur right as IATA passenger but still they refuse even to give us our money back!!! They are scammers don’t buy from them! As precaution we recorded all the conversation pver the phone, we will definitely take to court!
