Absolute trash service. Never sent me a confirmation email so it was impossible to cancel. They have no customer service, just a chat bot, and since I didn’t have a confirmation number, my reservation wouldn’t come up in the chat. This meant I couldn’t cancel when my plans changed… they did manage to bill me US 176 for a room I didn’t need and couldn’t cancel though. Feels like an absolute scam.
