I made a withdrawal through crypto currency and what happened was that they sent me an email notification saying it has been process and it’s a success.I checked my crypto wallet and there is no money in it. I spoke to live chat on maybe they can provide me the TXN ID OF THE TRANSACTION AND THE CRYPTO WALLET ADDRESS WHERE THEY SUPPOSEDLY SENT THE MONEY.The live chat is clueless and don’t even understand what the simple ask. All they were saying was ohh it takes 3 days… it’s a succes…. this and that with no real verification…Can’t even send me the simple info I’ve asked for. They handle people’s money and yet they don’t know what they are doing.For all I know is that they only sent me the email but they never really sent me the money into my wallet. How could they be so clueless handling with crypto with out providing these simple info the TXN ID OF THE TRANSACTION SO I CAN CHECK THE BLOCKCHAIN OR EVEN THE CRYPTO WALLET ADDRESS SO I CAN CHECK IF IT MATCHES MY ADDRESS.DO NOT THIS BROKER SPECIALLY WITH BIG MONEY BAD SERVICE AND A SCAMMER.
