Having filed an initial claim with CEL after becoming victim of a scam, via their online form, I was given an advisor to speak to within around 24 hours of submitting. My advisor (William Kelly) was absolutely spot on with dealing with my claim, taking a good understanding of my situation down to a T and clearly explained the next steps going forward.
