My shop has been hacked, the hackers gained control of my account, changed the bank details and are siphoning my funds.It’s been nearly a week, Etsy hasn’t gotten back in touch with me, they just keep telling me to wait for an email from their security team. They wont even freeze my account, thus allowing the hacker to use my shop to defraud more and more Etsy customers over days.Etsy is knowingly letting fraud continue.
