It’s a scam. Got an email from them stating my rewards were ready to redeem for giftcards. When I tried to redeem, it just says pending. It’s been months and 2 emails to customer service where they just say it’s taking longer than usual and no follow up a month later. I filed a complaint with the FTC. Do it yourself. ftc.gov /complaint
