Used them a couple times and got a slight discount but it’s a SCAM! Bought a 15k ticket from NYC to AUS on quantas and when I needed to change the ticket to a single day later they wanted to charge me 6k extra and said it was a quantas imposed fee. I called quantas and they said that was not the case, that the ticket prices were the same and there shouldn’t be any charge to change it.
