My booking was cancelled without my knowledge and I had paid a deposit for price freeze for 2 rooms in Venice.As a 14 days period is given to pay the balance,I tried to pay the very next day , my transaction wasn’t successful.To my horror,I found out when I called their agent that my booking was cancelled and money forfeited.Took nearly 2 weeks for Agoda to get back to me saying sorry that it’s non refundable.What kind of scam is this..Never did I had such experience with Agoda before. One thing is for sure, have told my family n friends back in Singapore never to book via Agoda again!!!
