Klook gave me incomplete or incorrect information (hard to say which since I can’t even find a number of emails, since they decided to send stuff to my husband’s email address despite him not being the account holder or even the primary passenger on the order, and he thought it was a spam marketing email), and has been running me in circles trying to get me to provide proof of something that I simply don’t have. When I arrived at the location to redeem their voucher, the office was unable to redeem it and I had to spend an additional $800 to purchase the same item from that office. I’m two weeks into my travel and they’re asking me to check my HOME’S physical mailbox to confirm that it’s not there. I’m not even going to be in the country where the voucher is useable in a few days. Don’t use this company. I’m sure they’re good at something, but travel vouchers doesn’t seem to be it, based on my experience. I thought I was getting what I needed easily and it looked like the website of the company who sells the item I needed, but I was absolutely duped and I’m tired of the runaround from their “fraud prevention” team while I’m out the cost of a voucher from their website because they claim there’s no cancellations or refunds.
