On 7th March I’ve paid them 65.93 USD to purchase a product from automotivetouchup.com. On the same day they sent me a mail that my order has been cancelled because the product which I’ve ordered is prohibited to ship to my country and in the same day they inform me that they will give me full refund within 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I contacted with them and they inform me do I wan to take this refund to my card (same as my payment method) or I want to keep this balance in myus.com account? Which means till now they did not started the refund process. However I replied them I want this money back to my card. And after 3 days they replied me they are unable to refund me because my card is not accepting refund profess but in the mean time I get refund from Amazon and Aliexpress. But MYUS.COM is unable to refund me it means it’s their problem as well my Bank confirms me there is no problem in my card end. And in the mail MYUS.COM is repeatedly insisting me to keep the balance to myus.com account so that I am being forced to purchase another product from them. And now they are saying me they have noting to do and they can’t refund me. Totally a fraud company.
