Absolutely scamming people. This site is total scam, saying this item is in stock and at the moment you click for exchange (withdraw) it is not available. They play along with you, so that you get angry and waste your money again to lose then all the balance you have. This site should be permanently closed for good. Hopefully Valve will take actions as soon as possible to forbid such sites.
