Avoid this company like the plague! I’ve been collecting coins with them since 2021 and everything was going well until a couple of days ago when I tried to withdraw some coins and they suddenly decided I was banned for apparently doing something (what?) against their terms of service. I’ve had no explanation, just copy-paste replies from a lazy individual whose only aim in life is to not help anybody.This is an obvious scam…. They say they have a reason to ban you but don’t tell you what that is. And in the meantime they keep your coins, in my case more than 174000. Thieves!Appalling experience… stay away!UPDATE/EDITIs there somebody at this email address that actually wants to help? You’re telling me to mail an address I’ve already mailed twice plus appealed to once outlining my problem in enough detail, only to receive the same copy-paste answer from Brenna, who clearly wasn’t interested in “learning more about my specific problem…” If you can honestly say that you will look into this obvious flaw in your system (and I’m not the only one who’s had this happen to them) and provide me with the name of someone really willing to help, I will take you seriously.Waiting….
