I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star!!! I see after reading the reviews this company has scammed a lot of people…. soo annoyed right now!!! I simply agreed to the refundable £1 charge for a question that was not resolved to now be charged £35 from my account grrrr as if we don’t have enough to pay out with all the bills going up…… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! will now be spending god knows how long now trying to sort this out along with stress I don’t need…..
