Ordered after monitoring their socials to see if they are legit for over 2 weeks. Then came the notice that they are experiencing delays with orders. Waited for 7 to 10 days but never received any feedback nor any shipping confirmation. Popped them a mail and Laura responded that they are inundated with orders and that it will be shipped by the end of week (2023-03-31) Now no response from them! I cannot believe that their socials and site is still up and running.Update: got feedback here on TrustPilot, however none of my emails have been returned. Barestep, if you want my trust I would appreciate a telephone number where I can actually speak to a Human!Update 2: Changing my Review title from Scam Scam Scam!!! to No order received after 14 days. It is now 16:04 and still no response to my emails.
