IT’S A SCAM COMPANY! I have reserved multi-flight (3 flight), and one the flights got cancelled by the carrier. I’ve called the support on Thai phone number listed on their website, the operator does NOT speak any Thai but speaks only English and has a middle-east accent.They have informed me that there are available flight on the same date, however I have to pay extra charge EQUAL to a new ticket reservation!!! More over, seems they are working illegally, because there is no office in Thailand but only phone number.
