Scam! They lure you in with the cheapest priced ticket (found on Google flights) then they lie and tell you the ticket you originally purchased is no longer available but can upgrade it for a fee. They don’t send your ticket info right away. They call you back multiple times to raise the price on you and get you to agree to the charges on your card. Your credit card company will probably flag it as mine did so they ask you reach out to the credit card company to tell them to accept. I ended up buying straight from the airline after they first raised the price on me. It’s possible you’ll eventually get your ticket but not at the price advertised. They called me back a few days later again to authorize the charge when I told them to cancel the reservation through email and over the phone.
