I used to be a pretty happy customer at Gamdom. A few times some ‘scammy looking’ things took a little money, but nothing major.After 3 years of intensive gambling addiction. I decided that it was enough and contacted support. Hereby I requested a complete refund and closure of my account (as Gamdom allowing me to place bets is unlawful in the country in which I live).They basically told me that there wouldn’t be any refund in any case. Even while they knew they violated laws. In my opinion (and which many laws and regulations state) casino’s should return suffered losses as the player was proven to be underage and gambling addicted.Even after informing them twice. They did absolutely NOTHING to the account. No ban, no restriction, nothing. They simply accepted it and allowed me to spend another 1.5k. And the Support is oftenly rude btw.Unfortunately these people have no ethics, empathy or conscience… Because profits are appearently more important to than the mental and or financial well being of an individual.Luckily. What Gamdom did was completely illegal and unlawful. So soon we’ll see what court thinks about this…I wish that we could’ve come to an agreement a more understanding and empathetic way.So stay away from Gamdom friends <3
