This company is a complete scam – avoid at all costs.I ordered their product on 12 June 2022 – After no product has been delivered despite the 6-8 week delivery guarantee, I have been following up on my purchase since July last year, yet to be told today the new product will be another 8 weeks, but with no guarantee.The “refund” document is a dodgy Microsoft Word document, that asks for order details that are not provided when you make a purchase. I have asked the “help” for my order details from their end – unsurprisingly with no luck. I have lodged a scam claim through American Express and will be reporting the company to the ACCC.
