I love the crappy automated reply telling me to apply for a refund through their app (it doesn’t work, makes me send in a report ticket that gets rejected immediately, I have email proof), call them (no one ever picks up the phone and I’m left on hold), or send them an email (they tell me they can’t help me). Why should I go out of my way to return broken items when it’s not my fault or responsibility? This app is trash and the company is a scam.
