This is not worthy of 1 star, but i couldn’t move on without clicking on 1. I clicked on Ramada website, and it came up as a better deal, so clicked on what i thought was Ramada website, put my details in for the price that came up which was £122.08, to be gobsmacked when i saw a charge of £71.95 which was not mentioned anywhere!!!!!????? i rang Ramada, and they simply said they could not do anything, which i feel is absolutely disgusting on Ramada’s side. They should take responsibility for third party websites that make money from their customers. How on earth can Ramada let this happen, conning perhaps thousands by reading all these reviews. I rang my bank and reported it as fraud, and it is now being investigated, so thanks Ramada and hotelvalue.com (if you even exist) for nothing.
