Ordered 2 paires of slippers for my daughter on boutiquebellamy.com, which I thought was the brand’s online store. I did receive a confirmation email but never received the slippers. I checked my bank account to see if the money had been taken and it did under the label bestduka.com. I thought I was buying on a French website but it turned out that I wasn’t and ended up paying banking fees for international payment (outside EU).No need to mention that contacting the website’s customer service was pointless as I received no reply.2 weeks later, I received a fraud alert from my bank stating that my credit card was used on a US website (peets.com). I had to cancel my credit card as I didn’t initiate the said purchase.Boutiquebellamy.com clearly is a scam, supposedly orchestrated by the same people running bestduka.com. They clearly seem to steal customers’ credit card details on top of stealing our money through fake websites.I reported them to the French Police for fraudulent website. We’ll see how that goes.
