Awful!! After discussing trip with a very Rude customer service representative I opted to cancel the whole trip. 2 days later checked my bank account and the money I was told was never taken out to start with ( due to not confirming the purchase of the trip) had been taken out. I am still having trouble talking to correct person to BBC refund my money! Total SCAM!!
