I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered packpack from site which was not Bestduka. No confirmation email. Tried to revisit page and it had changed to a multiple site page. Checked my credit card page on banksite and noticed charge from Bestduka. Called bank to stop charge and was told by bank charge couldn’t be stopped because it’s pending. Had to dispute charge after it posted and was unsuccessful. Bank said insufficient information. Had no confirmation email. No other information from site. Bank name is USAA. They intially told me Bestduka was on their watchlist. Still wouldn’t refund my money. Be careful out there online. These criminals are good. Also advise to check your banks’ rules on fraud. I was told since I approved the order technically it wasn’t fraud.
