Worst Agency ever!! Be careful!!I booked a flight going to Philippines last August 2021, and it was canceled many times, then I have requested a refund and until now march 2023 i don’t recieved any refund money or any help from their agents. Everytime I contacted them they always said the airlines didn’t refund them so they couldn’t process the refund, and when i talked to the airlines they said its by the Bravofly agency to resolve, its crazy! Its seems like a scam and i lost 800 euro . Very bad costumer service.. no Good answer at all.
