Scam! I received my report after I paid the small fee. Only to receive today a notice that I was now being billed AU$39.90 per month! Disgusted is an understatement. Unethical.My response to their reply. I do not recall seeing any, let alone multiple, warnings about a monthly subscription. If they are there at all then they are extremely obscure. I have read several reviews stating the same thing. The problem does not lie with your users, it lies with your firm. It is entirely deceitful. You are sorry to see my review but not sorry that you deceitfully withdrew money from my account. I have cancelled the subscription. If I don’t receive my refund I will not let this rest.
