Feel totally scammed – booked a room through booking.com, supposedly the cheapest way to book and then found it would have been £60 cheaper booked direct. I understand that there may sometimes be a small difference between prices, but £60 is ridiculous. I’ve been a customer of booking.com for years and am incredibly disappointed with this treatment
