Would give 0 stars if I could. The fact that I had to call to cancel is ridiculous when almost everything else offers a cancel option in app. Aside from that the first and main issue is that this service never even worked for me; it would not allow me to enter information and would not show a credit score and then charged me. I called to cancel and see about a refund and the lady I spoke with instantly tried to blame me for their system not allowing me to enter information to get a credit score and then told me I should have called sooner…sorry most people have lives and are busy, I meant to call and then work got incredibly busy and I forgot about this stupid app until the charge showed up in my bank account, $34.91 for something that doesn’t even work. In the end she cancelled my account but no refund, not even a partial refund just offered me another subscription with discount, completely ridiculous. Do NOT waste your time/money with this scam of a business, use a free option instead like credit karma.
