I contacted Simplex customer support (Simplex Support Ticket No.: 14206880) to refund my payment of £325 that i was scammed and did not receive bitcoin to my address.Simplex does assist most of all this scammers in the purchase of bitcoin . After making my complaint, Simplex said they would investigate and has never gotten back to me, despite further ticket raised.
