This is a scam. I wanted an answer on a medical question. First doctor told me to wait (I did, for over an hour) and never came back. The “assistant” insisted on connecting me with a different doctor who never came online. I told them to cancel my account, which they said they did, but basically shut me off when I asked for a refund. I have filed a complaint with BBB. EDIT: and contrary to their note below, they DID NOT contact me.
