I too thought I booked directly to my hotel which I use regularly. When I discovered it was through Get. Room I attempted to cancel a return stay giving 6 days notice. Cancelling would have cost me $206 !!! This is a definite scam!!!! Before you book online make sure you site is the actual hotel.This company should be ashamed of this horrendous practice.
