SCAM! Do not purchase the plan with this app. You have to go through a terrible online journey where they ask if you want to pay for lots of add ons. This then masks your original payment, so if you drop out of the journey because the add ons are too much you are still charged. They then make it impossible to get a refund. Despite claiming on their website that you can fill in a worksheet for seven days to get a full refund if you’re not happy….you can’t. There is no worksheet. Having asked for the worksheet location to be made clearer, I have been ignored. Even though I completed seven days of the plan I was not allowed a full refund. I had to jump through several hoops to get them to offer even a 50% refund. Which I have not received.This company is dodgy. Do not buy.
