As a new small business, we were initially very adversely affected by Scamadvisor incorrectly listing our business website as “suspicious” and giving us a low score of 41/100 because we use email from Gmail (they say free email is suspicious) and because we have low traffic at our site (of course we have low traffic being brand new).However, after we claimed our website, contacted Scamadvisor to send them our business registration and my photo ID, explained our situation, and changed our site email to a paid one associated with our domain they have corrected the erroneous rating of our site. Scamadvisor does seem to be a good service that is validly trying to protect people from scams.
