There is clearly a scam called National Express Rewards. I once took a coach from Heathrow to the South Coast and am now getting charged £15 per month for what??? I do not even live permanently in the UK. Why would I sign up to such a program? I cannot afford or want this. Please help stop it and for me to get my money back from these criminals.
