WHATEVER YOU DO- DO NOT BOOK THROUGH these SCAM ARTIST. They will take your money and run. If you get to talk to a live person (good luck with that), they will request erroneous information that has nothing to do with your booking. They will not contact the hotel to request a refund. Spend more money on a reputable site like Hotwire, Expedia, etc. I spoke with “Leah” at Traveluro. She said she’d contact the hotel and take care of it. This is the day of and NEW YORK won’t answer your call. Their customer service number is 646-844/8798. I will be researching who stands behind this company. This is fraudulent and outright scathing.
