First time using Vio. Booked in Jan for a speing break trip to NYC. Was a bit afraid since there are so many scams out there. Price was lower on Vio’s website than anywhere else. A few weeks after booking I contacted the hotel to confirm reservation just for peace of mind and they confirmed it. Just returned from my 4 night stay vacation in Manhattan and everything went nice and smooth. Extremely satisfied with the deal Vio got me and Im making sure to leave a review because they deserve it.
