I had a $19 charge on my credit card for Freeshipments.com. I never heard of them before this. I called them and was told that it was a membership fee. I never signed up for a membership and didn’t desire a membership. I have no idea how they got my information to charge my card? They did cancel my membership and refund my $19 charge, so I can’t complain about customer service, but I do consider it to be a scam.
