I was pretty sure I was scammed but the customer service of Doggy Plan proved me wrong.I must admit it was a bit of back and forth mailing and customer service tried their best to keep me in BUT it was always polite, friendly and not pushing to annoy me -maybe it was because I was already annoyed. But at the end of the day, they fully refund the cost.Long story short: Very very bad UX & UI. Huge lack of feedback and infostructure. Tons of red flags all over the place but a customer service to cover it all (thankfully!)So my previous comment is still there with 1 star pointing out the reasons, but this 4 star goes for quick responding and solution providing customer service.
