I was trying to make booking for a hotel but the reservation page returned an error message with issue on booking. After I checked my credit card from the bank app unfortunately they have charged my credit car with the reservation amount 748.50 usd. When I contacted them from the phone number displayed on the reservation page they are using other company’s phone number as scam contact number. Then I sent them an email they responded me in a shortly time with an absurd reply that the amount is an temporary gold process. Then I checked my bank from the app and after by calling them they told me that the amount is not a temporary hold process they have charged you. Right now I opened a fraud dispute on the bank and I am going to complain about this scam website vio.com to mastercard and to all the authorities to block them and face them with their scam and fraud.
