JustAnswer is a money making scam. I had a straight forward mechanical question and had to pay £10 for an answer. I got responses but did not get the answer. That was bad enough but they used my card details and withdrew £28 per month without my knowledge or permission. I noticed it 10 months ago and thought I had it stopped but it started again. The fraud squad should investigate this company’s without delay.
