Wow – how did I not see this before I wasted my money? They WILL NOT take your ear buds back if there is an issue, even if you never opened the box. They have semi-automated email communication which is worthless and do not answer the questions asked. The ear buds do NOT fit ears and are way too sensitive – if you take one out of your ear during a call, it ends the call – if you move the ear bud in your ear, it ends the call – if you just want to switch to regular phone, it ends the call. You cannot hear anything outside of the ear buds, just white noise so not safe. And they bluetooth on and off at will. I never know where my call is even if I never used the buds for the conversation. Please do yourself a favor- they spent a lot of money on the scam of ads that are going out – do not even think about getting these.
