Vio.com for booking hotels is a scam. They have no customer service phone number. I tried booking a room. After I submitted my info, the Vio.com website said it wasn’t available anymore and to try again. I tried booking 2 more rooms with the same results. When I checked my bank account, they had charged me for all 3 rooms and I was never booked a room. Don’t trust any booking sites without a customer service phone number.
