Total scam. Booked and paid for a hotel. Waited a day for a confirmation which never came. Sent a mail as requested and a few hours later saying that the hotel I booked was booked seconds before me so they couldn’t match the rate and refunded me. They take chances. You might score but you’ll probably end up paying more booking somewhere else later at a higher price than if you’d just done it that way originally. Still waiting for my money to get back into my account. Not sure how this is legal still!
