GameTime sold me tickets, I followed all instructions but when we got to the game were denied entry because the tickets were invalid!!! GameTime did not honor their policies and we were scammed and robbed of the experience!!!! GameTime says give them 1-2 weeks to investigate but we missed the game after taking off work, wasting gas and money!!! The money was deducted from our account the day of and they did nothing to try to resolve the issue!!! I’m still waiting on a “resolution” because all the customer service rep suggested was that we re-buy tickets!!!! They did not stand behind their “guarantee” nor “policy” Give us our money back and stop scamming people!!!
