Booked a hotel room and paid extra for a Queen size bed. Upon arrival at the hotel I checked I had the larger bed only to be told that they have never had any of these size beds at the hotel. Booking.com stole my money and will not refund this. Now have to ask the credit card company to refund as a fraudulent transaction. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
