    Broken furnace, Submitted a claim, vendor came, said the part shoudl be hear 2-3 days. A month later still nothing. Vendor stopped picking up my calls because I assume I ask too many questions, (tracking number and when it was ordered). I have been calling weekly leaving messages. Cinch answers, but give me the same update every week. “Part has been ordered call back for an update.” Its obvious the service provider does not want to come back to fix the issue and are doing everything in their power to drag this out as long as possible until I give up. With 4 babies at home and 30-40 degree temps, they want you to give up and pay out of pocket and fix it through someone else so they don’t have to pay. Company is a scam. Mind you this is the second time this has happened. Less then a year ago, I called, vendor came, said part was needed, then never heard form them again. I let it go because I was too busy to keep calling. But not this time! I will be canceling my plan asap. Parts I need are readily available online. *Update, this review was replied to with a attempt to “help”. Just know that the email address they provided is INVALID!!!
