Imagine the worst experience ever, or the worst possible scam, and multiple it by 10. That’s how it felt dealing with Bravofly. In short – I had a £100 voucher, and I used it to book a flight, which cost me extra £130. I paid for insurance and premium package, to be able to change the itinerary if needed. That need soon after appeared. When I contacted Bravofly about it, they asked for an exorbitant amount to change the ticket – £626 (?!?). Of course, I couldn’t accept that, so I canceled and asked for a refund. A couple days later I’ve got an email about my refund – a “generous” £55.88. I’m speachless. How a company like this is in business, is beyond me. They are scammers. Save yourself from the trouble and financial waste, avoid them at all costs.
