Not able to solve problems once they occur. Booked and cancelled Résidence les Périades in Chamonix through Booking.com using free cancellations. Not had refund and Booking. com unable to do anything, so never ever allow payment at time of booking even when it says free cancellations. There are some fraudulent operations using Booking.com
