This place is absolutely a scam and use some of the most predatory practices I have had the displeasure of dealing with. As many other have said, it is impossible to cancel an order even if you immediately call. They charged me for 5 pillows when I was only ordering one. I can only image the return process will be equally painful, costly, and predatory.
