I am a nanny looking for work. I am so frustrated and disappointed by my experience on care.com / Adzuna. No responses to any of my messages sent to the jobs advertised. Seems they are fake. Every time I try to log into the account, my details are never recognised, therefore I was forever changing password. Though the link to change password came to my email, notice reappeared saying email address not recognised. Every time I tried to check my messages, system crashed. So I contacted the customer care through live chat. Agent by the name of Rogelio came to assist but was useless. After informing him / her of my issue, they were adamant there was no issue. In the middle of me trying to explain, they shut down the live chat and left me in limbo with no resolution to my problem. I tried to reconnect to the live chat, hoping for a different agent, ironically, the live chat no longer would upload. I have paid for 3 months of premium membership which is a waste of money and clearly a scam … be warned !!
