I have tried to redeem some of my points on two occasions now, for giftcards from two different stores, and both times it has failed and points returned to my account. Now I can’t event attempt to redeem – nothing happens. I have been emailing since 8th Feb 2023 to no reply at all. Managed to get onto a live chat on their website and the person I am in a live chat with wouldn’t even reply to me?! But it said they are online… Then they closed the chat. Is this a scam??
